What is incredible is that Obama has learned nothing from this humiliating drubbing in the formerly impenetrable bastion of liberalism. Right after the election, Obama declared that people were angry that “change” wasn’t happening fast enough, completely ignoring the fact that Brown made no secret of the fact that he was campaigning specifically against Obama’s core policies. And yet, Obama is still lamely trying to rally Democrats to ram through socialized healthcare. The naked amateurishness of it is astonishing… and frightening.

Just yesterday, after all the clamor over the terror trials in New York and Eric Holder’s subsequent acquiescence to New Yorkers’ objections, Obama STILL is saying that the trials could be held in New York!! Of course, he knows that won’t happen, but it provides insight into a weak character that takes losses personally and cannot accept the idea that his ill-considered policy was a disaster from the outset.

An arrogant lightweight with terminal hubris has no business leading the greatest nation on Earth.

And to the vast majority of Nebraskans who recognize a pig in a poke when they see one, “Screw you.”

Nelson can be bought off with pork, but most Nebraskans can’t.

Take Afghanistan – I certainly think we need more troops there so we can finally finish that thing. But even if Obama doesn’t feel that way, I’d respect him a lot more if he came out quickly and emphatically made his decision, explained his case and accepted the consequences if he backed the wrong horse. Instead he spends another month-plus deliberating while the operation continues to deteriorate with little direction.

If Reps and Senators reach a point where they can’t run for re-election, maybe then they’ll have the you-know-whats to actually accomplish something meaningful and do things that, while risky, will REALLY fix the many problems in this country.

It is reassuring to see that Bibi Netanyahu has learned quickly to immediately and summarily dismiss Obamessiah’s hollow carping and to prepare to go it alone in containing the homicidal maniacs in Iran. Bibi knows a limp-wristed, incompetent ultra liberal when he sees one. Unfortunately, so do all the other world leaders.

But the Dems losing the Jewish vote in northern New Jersey portends a brighter day for America. People are waking up to The Sham President, and more quickly than most of us could have hoped for. But I do agree that the true independent movement is being heralded around the country. Yes, conservatism without the Bible-thumpers is in order- why the R’s couldn’t figure this out is beyond me. No, I have no one in particular in mind at this point, but he/she will soon be revealing themselves as the Dysfunctional Democrats and the Retarded Republicans wallow in the mire they have created

Be that as it may, there are serious third party candidates on the ballot across the country- running for municipal, county, state and federal elected office- and many are increasingly gaining ground. For example, Daggett in the NJ Governor’s race is tracking double digits. He may not win, but he will send a thunderous message around the state and on to Washington. Are you listening Obamessiah? Are you listening Nancy and Harry? You’d better be, ’cause you’re next on the hit parade!

Perhaps he is just being very smart and waiting for the movement to mature and then reach out to him as their natural leader. During the last couple of election cycles the major parties still had such a gorilla grip on the process that he was unable to swim into such a strong current. But now that anger against both major parties is widespread and deep, an independent movement (conservatism without the Bible-thumpers) is more likely than ever to succeed.
